At M&Y, we have an established caretaking team throughout the North West providing excellent service to support your development and community.
We are dedicated to improving the community and environment in which we work and we put the customer at the heart of everything we do. Employing a team of caretakers who manage blocks of flats and estates, they carry out regular estate inspections to ensure properties are secure and tidy.
Our caretakers are responsible for ensuring both internal and external common areas are well looked after, with their main responsibilities including :

Our caretakers are responsible for ensuring both internal and external common areas are well looked after, with their main responsibilities including :
- carrying out regular inspections of common areas including stairways, lighting, pathways, garden areas, amenity areas, etc
- monitoring the condition of gardens and estates
- carrying out cleaning to internal and external areas including the removal of graffiti
- carrying out minor grounds maintenance
- dealing with complaints relating to communal areas
- supporting local community events
